Scissor sharpening is our specialty at Clean-Cut. As Hairdressers ourselves, we understand the difficultly in finding and trusting a scissor sharpening company that will care for your scissors. For this reason we decided to undertake the necessary tuition in this skilled art, to be able to offer the quality of sharpening and service we expect.

ICON X1 and X2 scissors

Due to postal restrictions in Spain, we cannot offer a normal 'Correo' sharpening service. For this reason we have set up a courier account for transporting scissors with Nacex, Spain and Portugal's leading delivery company. We have found the service to be extremely reliable and safe. We would recommend sending six or more scissors to us at once as this qualifies you to free carriage.

We also offer an in-salon sharpening service, and have regular sharpening dates set up with Salon Services in Nerja, Fuengirola, Estepona and Gibraltar To check the pre-arranged dates please visit our Latest News page

Our courier sharpening service is usually completed within 48 hours from receipt of your scissors, which means a normal return to you within four to five working days.

We sharpen all types of hairdressing scissors using traditional Japanese techniques to sharpen scissors in the way they were designed.

For example, convex blades are kept as a convex blade and bevel edges are kept as bevels with the same angle of sharpness with which they were manufactured.
